How long does it take to get our photos / video delivered?

Photos: 7-14 days / Video: 10-25 days.

Why do we need to do prior consultation?

Prior consultation is highly recommended for any production company. The team will be prepared with the proper equipment, crew, shotlist & know exactly how to direct you (& your family) with ease. With thorough preparation, we save time, equipment, unnecessary setbacks & provide you with a smooth & easy experience.

What if we need to travel for this shoot?

We will add travel cost, keep in mind that our team is very thorough with preparation. We do our own research on the location & gauge what we will need for each particular shoot.

Are the deposits refundable?

Depends on when the cancellation occurs. Cancellations with less than 2 week's notice causes Breeze Cinema to lose the opportunity of handling other sessions. We lose the chance to rebook with clients who have previously inquired for your requested date.

Why are Mini-Sessions available only on the same week?

Mini-Sessions are impromptu & only available when both your schedule & our schedule align during the same week. That means chances of having a mini-session is low but it's a possible. Mini-Sessions are non-refundable & have a $50 rescheduling fee.
